The electrons that were lost from the Reaction Center of Photosystem I are replaced by the electrons that were lost from Photosystem II.

Remember that those electrons were transferred to an Acceptor molecule (Film Clip #1)

The electrons pass through a chain of molecules before they reach the Reaction Center of Photosystem I.  As they move, they lose energy (this will be soon discussed!)
